best option is to change the engine that's the fastest way... I suggest Engine supra or 3sgte beams.

You could buy a 92-94 V6 camry with the 3vz-fe or 1mz-fe engines. With minor tweaking you can produce around 190hp with no bolt-on ****. Mostly by deleting **** and learning how to adjust the oldschool AFM and timing. I ran a 15.25 at the 1/4mile this summer doing basically just that.
