I have been a Sienna owner and Camry owner for many many years now and really enjoy those vehicles. I was reading the sienna forum the other day and learned how to start the van with the key fob. I was amazed at what I read and then tried to start my 2019 Camry XLE with my key fob and it worked!!!!!!
I'm not sure which models have the ability to do this but here is what I found out.
. If your car has the app on your phone for remote start you should be ok with this.
Stand behind your car and with the doors locked, press the lock button 3 times in a row and watch the tail lights blink. After the 3rd time, continue to hold the button down, Wait a few seconds and your tail lights will blink 4 times and your car should start.
. You may need to experiment how fast to press the remote button.
