Question 2008 Toyota Camry "rattle" noise from engine

Any idea what this noise can be? I don't feel any kind of hesitation when driving. I do notice a "whining" noise when decelerating. I have the oil changed every 6 months or 5k miles with full synthetic 5w-20. The car has 152,500 miles. I did the spark plugs and an ignition coil around 143k miles. I am not sure if the water pump has been replaced.

Use a section of rubber hose as a stethoscope to localize the noise area.

I was going to pull the belt off and start the car tomorrow morning to see if the noise goes away. If it does, I know it's the water pump.

So, I took the belt off in the morning and started it. Seem like the sound is still there.
