Possessed '16 Hybrid
Adding more detail after @toyomoho replied:
2016 Camry hybrid with 95K miles stalled while running normally on the road, started next day with no work, dealer misdiagnosed, it ran OK to home and stalled again immediately after starting first time from home. See video for sounds after stalling. Also an array of indicator and other lights, including left turn signal steady (switch off), parking lights on (switch off), right headlight only on (switch off), some but not all dash lights on, and center display says Accessory Mode, all after shutoff.
These mostly or all subside eventually and car may start or may not after that. Brake pedal is hard and brakes grabbing lightly even if it starts. Other times closer to normal.
Video is engine noise after stalling, in park and turned off, first like a loud fan and then madness at :15, the latter seems to be coming from low in the engine compartment, maybe close to the oil pan. Steady vibration felt from dipstick throughout the noises. Help!? Thanks!

Suggest posting at the Toyotanation.com website in the Camry hybrid section.
The car would have an EVAP purge pump that would run with the engine off but general runs after a preset number of hours being off.
There is also a fan for the hybrid battery if it gets too hot. Not up to speed on the hybrid thus just a wild guess. Maybe the battery is going bad, a high power bad connection, inverter failing. The engine will not run with a failed hybrid battery or parts there off.
It would be normal for all dash lights to come on if the engine quits.
Wonder if a dealer might have an ODBII data logger that can record ongoing data and with this data when the engine quits.
