Your best bet is find a wrecked donor car that can supply all the parts, otherwise you are looking at a few dollars for new parts.

If the car has ABS not sure if you would need a new ABS computer designed for 4-wheel disk brakes.

well if you're a shop (you said customer), you should have access to a shop manual that would tell you all you needed. The easiest is to search up all the parts to replace a 2002-2006 v6 camry. All the v6's have rear discs.

I understand its an I4. There would be no need for a conversion if you were working with a v6 since 4 wheel disc brakes have been standard on v6 camry's for years. Only 4cyl comes with drums.
The only way to know what you need is to find out what the i4 w/out discs lacks, in comparison with the v6's which have discs.
And then once you find the missing parts, you simply order the parts for the v6 and swap em.

hope this makes sense and helps you out a bit.
