I have a 2008 Camry that makes a squeaking noise when the steering wheel is being turned, how do I fix this problem?

 

Determine where the noise originates such as upper or lower area of steering console inside the car or somewhere along the steering column shaft in the engine compartment.

If needed use a section of hose as a stethoscope.
