20-30 i guess? i got mine at kragens for about 22.
its kinda wierd in that you gotta put it in the right position or it wont work, and u have to wait for it to 'windup' before it snaps to do the loosening. its totally different from a normal electric drill. but it works.

An alternative low-tech approach that works pretty well:
Get a 1-1/2 or 2' length of 3/4" OD x 1/2" ID steel pipe from the plumbing section of Home Depot or somewhere like that (total cost~ 2 bones). The pipe should easily slip on/off the pretty little lug wrench that comes with the scissor jack, and affordssufficent leverage to loosen any lug nut without destroying any discs/vertebrae in yer back. And,works on the side of any road - even one without any power outletshandy :-)
Ehhhrrrmmm....just don'ttighten the lug nut backdown with it....
