Best size tire to put on 4th gen J vin V6 W 16 in rims
Hi everyone, I own a 1999 Camry J VIN LE V6 that originally had 15-inch rims and 205/65 tires. I wanted aftermarket rims for a sportier look and a slight performance upgrade without spending a lot of money, so I bought 16-inch alloys, but now I need new tires for them. I know that 4th gen Camry models did have some that came with 16-inch rims, and the upgrade tire size for them was 215/60. I currently run the 215/60 R16 size, but I don’t like how they handle. I get oversteer on the highway, so I’ve been jacking up the car to check the suspension for excessive play, but I haven’t done any suspension work on this car yet. Plus, it’s 25 years old and has 314k miles. I also haven't gotten the rear alignment adjusted yet since I went with bigger tires, but I might just do it myself since the rear end just ate up those tires quickly.
What I did do was I took off the rear tires that were worn and swapped them for the front tires that were still good, and I put on two snow tires that my friend gave me, which are 205/55 R16s. Those are on the front, It feels much better now, the oversteer is much better, and I like the feel of the 205/55 R16s, but they look small, especially compared to the 215/60 R16s I put on the back. I like how a lower profile tire looks i feel like its more of a performance thing, and i like the way they look.
So here's the question for you all: Any recommendations for 215/55 R16 tires? If I buy four of them, I'd be pretty pissed if they turned out to be not what I wanted, so I appreciate any advice. If you have pics of these sizes, send them my way, too.

Ask at the Toyotanation.com website in the Generation 3/4 sections. A LOT more members and many whom are looking for performance. The 1992 through 2001 Camry is about the same thus tires choices should perform about the same.
