Why am I getting high speed vibration on my 1995 Toyota Camry when it has new tires wheels have been rebalanced it has a new alignment and the shocks are good?

Was the problem there before the tires? If not perhaps still a balance problem.

Swap the front and rear tires and determine if this changes the vibration.

It is possible for a rim or tire to be diffective or the balancing was not done correctly the first time.

 

if not the tire balancing you might have a bent rim. discount tire co let me know about mine and which one it was.
