Hi I have a 2007 camry LE 2.4L.
i already bought tires. 245/45/18
and i will get 18x9j et38 wheels.
do you guys think can i use those wheels and tires with stock suspension?

The rims are Ok given dia, width and offset of 38.
Tire size at 245/45 is at the large end of the range.
Suggest you measure your current fender, suspension and wheel well tire clearance. Then using calculator at the link below input this info into the OEM section and new tires/rims into the right side of the calculator. Then determine what the clearance results are.

A pal of mine have that wheel spec, but instead of 45 series, he got a 40 series tires from nitto tires. It was a perfect fit!
