Cool Rear Brake/Drum Replacement 2005 LE - Japan vs. USA Built Confusion

Hi all....I'm ready to replace the rear brakes and drums on my 2005 2.4L LE (original) - 70,000 miles. It seems that a simple search to my go-to parts source (Amazon Prime) is showing listings for Rear Brake Drum Kits for "Japan Built Cars" and "USA Built Cars". My VIN plate shows car built in Kentucky so I guess I should be searching for USA Built options. Anyone have a favorite manufacturer/part number they could offer....I don't need super duty stuff...the car is used less than 5000 miles per year. I am curious...why would Toyota have two Drum part numbers?

Thanks,

Chip

Just stick with US part numbers for your car. There may plenty of reasons for why Japan and US parts are different or none at all, sometimes it is just a check box.
At the end of the day, just stick with the US parts setting for your camry.
Sometimes the Japanese versions had different options and may cause a ripple effect somewhere. I know the 7th gen Japanese Camry had the option for HID headlights while he US did not. Does this effect the brake system somehow? I have no idea...
