Whining noise above 65MPH????

Default Whining noise above 65MPH????
What causes a whining noise when accelerating above 65MPH in a 2003 Toyota Camry with 80,000 miles? Could it be tires or a wheel bearing?
Any ideas? It's both loud and very irritating.
