Default Camry LE has been dead when we try to start it

Camry LE has been dead when we try to start it. The electronic doors do not work, but can be opened with the key. Nothing inside works, not the windows, radio, lights, horn or anything. If we wait for a while (this last time was 30 minutes) everything returns to normal. After returning to normal it runs perfect

Absolutely nothing works? Headlights, taillights, hazards, no start, etc?

What year of car and engine model, V6 or 4 cylinder?

Have you checked the battery cable connections?

Check for battery voltage between the two battery terminals, should be around 12.8 volts. With engine running at around 1500 RPM should be approx 13.8-15.1V.

The dome light routes to a Dome fuse inside a fuse/relay box. Power to box comes directly from battery via a white wire. If the dome light is not working power may not be getting to box.

Things to check:
Battery cable connections to battery. Remove and clean battery lugs and battery cable connections. If cables are bolted to the battery terminals, check these also.

Battery terminal cable connections to the cable/wire. Sometimes a connection deteriorates and makes only intermediate contact.

Battery cable ground connection to chassis.

Connection of white wire to fuse/relay box. Has happened this connection fails or over heats. You may have to unbolt box to look behind for problems.

The white wire has an internal fuse. check for power between the battery terminal and end of white wire at fuse box/relay box.
