CD malfunction

The stock radio/cd player in my 08 Camry says that there is a CD inside when there is not. Because of this I cannot insert a CD. Has anyone else had this problem?? HELP!!

Try removing the Radio 1 fuse for a couple of minutes to turn the system off. Perhaps it will reset once power is restored.

Location is in a fuse box, engine compartment left side.

try to restart the player, try turning it off and a couple of seconds turn it on this would refresh the program if still persist there might me something that the player said it has a cd inside.
