Default Rear Window Defroster Not Working

I just purchased a 2005 Toyota Camry. The rear window defroster and the
side mirror defoggers (XLE) are not working. Could it be a fuse that blew
out, or a relay? Where do I find them in the vehicle?

The 40A DEF fuse supplies power to the DEF relay to power both systems. The mirrors have an additional 10A MIR HTR fuse.

The 10A GAUGE fuse powers the relay solenoid.

Location is behind the far drivers side ash tray/coin box on the dash.
