I have a 1997 camry with a stock bumper that has fog lights. Im going to lower my car soon and im looking for a lip that fits my bumper and isnt over priced. If anyone can help me find an ideal lip that looks like this bumper

PLEASE let me know because I cannot find someone selling it ANYWHERE, please if you know someone that is willing to sell or someone that can make this lip or where i can find these let me know. Also if the seller or manufacturer is in america can they ship it to another country and how much would it cost. Please someone help me find this.
