Cool door grime

I have streaks of grime on doors, white 2012 Camry, starts up at the shoulders & runs down the door. |'ve always had this issue under the door handles, even after cleaning all the excess grease out. This isn't grease-it's something else. I've cleaned it with several different cleaners & can't get it all out--any ideas?

Try a clay bar.for car paint cleaning. Be careful as the paint may have a clear coat.

It probably does have clear coat, is that a problem? I'm using vinegar & baking soda-it's helping but didn't get all of it. I need to find the source. Yesterday I cleaned all the rubber stripping around the windows with tar & bug remover. Will see if that helps.
Thanks.

Clear coat is OK for clay bar just don't get carried away.

Might be the door seal.
