Default 1999 Camry (Audio Speaker Specs. Needed)

I just purchased a beautiful one owner 1999 Camry which has the factory installed A</FMCD/Casette audio system. I have several questions:
1. What is the size of the speakers that I need for the front doors and the rear window? What about the very small speakers that are in the doors near the mirrors?
2. I am used to having a great Alpine system in my older Mercedes. What do you folks think of the factory installed AM/FM/CD/Cassette system that is already in the 1999 Camry? I know that the speakers are not very good. What do you think of the electronics? Would 2 nice pairs of Infinity Reference or Kappa speakers really make a huge difference in the sound if I stayed with the original electronics?
3. Is it possible to remove the front door speakers by taking off the speaker grills? If not, are there instructions somewhere on the net for removing the door panels?
4. What Infinity speakers would fit in the front doors?

No you have to take off the whole door panel, its 6.5s front and 6x9's rear. for the rear you have to remove the whole back panel, 3rd brake lights, and the two side panels, to get to it.
