Puttin in a system..
I'm planning on installing the sound system from my 94 Nissan Sentra (minus the clusterf**k of extra wires) into my 1994 Camry. This includes: one SCOSCHE F500 cap, oneSONY XPLOD 1200w amp, and two 12"KICKER subs. Funny all this and more came in a free pos car, huh? My questions:
1) Will the stock alternator be able to handle the amp by itself or should I stick with the cap?
2) Is there any access point in the firewall under the dash for the battery>amp power cable or do I have to drill?
I havent done much with the car yet, I looked into how to replace the rear deck speakers but it turns out thats a trick in and of itself.. so much for those kicker 6x9's I have kickin around. Other than that just replaced the head unit. Anything would be helpful, thanks!
