Default 2000 Camry with JBL high bass sound with engine on

Hello every one. I have a 2000 Camry with stock JBL sound system that has separate amplifier. I am the second owner and have this car for about 8 years. Good car just regular maintenance and running good. My problem is when playing music from radio or cd or tape, the bass sound get uncomfortably loader , and when turn the volume too low I still hear stronger bass sound from speaker. But this happening only when engine is running. When turn off the engine every think as should be nice sound with not very strong bass or low frequency sound and all sound from speakers are proportional. The other thing that got my attention is with engine running bass sound get unusually load and when turn the bass volume down to min, it does not bring the bass to zero and I still hear load bass. I have this problem since I got this car 8 years ago but I feel it get worse. Any one have suggestions or same experience to share with me ? Thank you.

Does the exhaust make noise? Is the battery OK as in more electrical current to power the stereo available when the engine/alternator is working?

Thank you for response. New battery installed about 2 month ago but to any change. Alternator is stock Denso and works good 3.8V when engine running. Alternator regulator looks good when accelerating engine no change in voltage. exhaust central pipe used to be hole, but replaced last summer, but again no any change in my audio problem. I checked all wire specially from main head unit to the amp by the ECM under the glove box, looks good , I did not see any unusual wiring, every thing looks stock.

You mean 13.8V?

Did you find all the exhaust links? Is the exhaust stock?

Could be the exhaust is adding to the bass noise?
