2013 Camry no Bluetooth or usb

Default 2013 Camry no Bluetooth or usb
I just purchased a 2013 Camry SE, when I press the setup button the Bluetooth option isn’t displayed. Also the USB port doesn’t work. When I press the apps button it says system not installed. What can I do about this?
