Angry 2014 Camry phone name display

Hi, i have a 2014 Toyota Camry and awhile ago, whenever I received a phone call while in my car, my contacts name stopped coming - only the phone number will display. I took it to the Toyota dealer and after 3 hours they said there's nothing wrong with my car, but that it's probably a setting that needs correcting. Has anybody else had this problem and, if so, did you find the fix for it? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you,

Yes, it's an IPhone that will not show the name of the caller, only shows the phone number calling while I'm in my car. It used to show both the caller's name and number.
Do you know how to fix this?

Man, there is such a thing. Have you ever heard of VoIP numbers? VoIP is voice communication over the Internet (as opposed to traditional telephone communication, which takes place over telephone lines or the mobile GSM/3G network). I use one VoIP service myself. Check out the chalkboard app, it's one of the platforms providing VoIP services, so you can check it out in person.
