Default Anther headlight question

Yea I know that there is a headlight question right below this. But I thought I would ask some more specific questions. I have a 96 Camry Sedan. I do a lot of night driving and am looking to increase my headlight preformance. I also have a stereo that makes my current head lights dim occasionally, this is a secondary concern for me than the brightness level though. So what are my options for installing new headlights. I was looking at xenon conversion kits with new ballasts and stuff, but then I saw on crutchfield some bulbs (just the bulb, no new ballasts needed) that people seem to be happy with. So what is with these bulbs on crutchfield, skip them because they won't really do much? Do you guys recommend any brands in particular? Thanks.

Check the headlight lens as they can become yellow and hazed over time. If so and not too damaged try polishing them or replacements are cheap enough.

Suggest a higher amperage alt to keep the lights from dimming plus a 2F capacitor in the DC power input.

I'd say go with either a new battery (like one of those performance optima ones) or a new alt like toyomoho said. And DEFINITELY if you're running an audiosystem off stock power then get a cap. You can get one at walmart for like $80 good for a system up to 1600 watts. I have that one in my car now to avoid that issue because I believe it does wear out yourbattery more.

And if you replace your headlights, just dont go stock lens.. I dont understand why people do that.. get something that looks good. Im lookin into blackhousing headlights myself.

Thanks, I was looking at some of the google adds on this page that came up and saw these two sites. Does anyone know anything about them?

The dimming isn't too bad, happens very occasionally and only on certain songs. Really I just want to get brighter head lights and am wondering if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks.

I have personally gotten my HID kit from xenoneyes.com and its working great. Everytime I have called up there, someone answered the phone which is always reassuring. I definitely recommend them.
