My dash lights are not working. The head lights when not on the radio lights work.

 

I have no doubt that toyomoho can help you figure this out.
I would imagine the first thing he'll ask you is, have you checked the fuses.

If you list more information on the year of car and trim package it may help pinpoint the problem.
Please provide enough information to help diagnose the problem ... did the problem happen recently, all at once, is this a car you've owned for a while, has anything else been done to the car lately that might have caused this problem ... etc
