Default help please

I went to buy a 2008 Camry xle with navigation. They had none in the store at the time. the said they could have one by the end of the month. so i said i wait. I was ready to leave the salesman says but noe toyota is sendinn their cars without the navigation and we place it afterwards. I asked are you sure it is the same. Yes it is the same unit we just put it afterwards.

In fact they gave me an aftermarket eclipse navigation but that is not at all what i wanted. How can I get the original navigation?

Sounds like a bunch of crap to me. I would go back to the dealer and tell them this is not what you wanted. They need to replace the one you have with the one you asked for. If you paid for the stock navigation then you should get that. Not some cheap replacement. I'd almost guarantee that the one they gave you costs less than the stock so in essence you're getting ripped off.

The eclipse nav is basically the same as the factory, but if you are looking for a good easy to use unit get the Kenwood 7100, 7120, or 8120. In my opinion they are the best units that you could get with built in Nav no disc's to change and have the options to add, bluetooth, ipod video, RSE, the works. I could get you either unit.
