I can find fenders but being in he Midwest they typically have rust on the bottoms however there are new ones non oem but don't know what to buy.

If available,a Toyota fender would be the best but most expensive.

Next would be a used Toyota fender off a junker or parts car.

CAPA parts are supposed to actually fit up and are tested for corrosion resistance etc.

Don't know about the rest but they can be hit or miss.

Find the OEM part number and do a internet search on it and the word "CAPA."

Once a fender maker gets a stamping die made and set up, the actual cost to make the part is cheap. The cost of sheet steel and labor.
