2008 ac controls , blower not working

Default 2008 ac controls , blower not working
I have a 08 Camry and the AC quit working, nothing works on the control panel. There's also an 'E' displayed in the Outside Temp info center. Check fuses and did not find any bad ones, thinking it is maybe the ac control modular. Not sure where it is or how to check it when I do find it. Any suggestion on how or what might be wrong.
