Default 2008 Camry AC Not Working - Blower/defrost/nothing

Hello, I'm trying to help a friends mom and dad out. Their AC quit working, nothing works on the control panel. There's also an 'E' displayed in the Outside Temp info center. They've said the radio goes out erratically, but it's working for me.

Things I've changed:
1. New ambient air temp sensor (no change)
2. Used control panel from Ebay, and cleaned both boards (no change)

I hope someone else has had this problem, i don't know where to go next... Maybe a body control module... If it even has one...

Thanks Jay

My girlfriend's hybrid 09 won't change the vents the air is coming out of. I'm pretty sure it's the HVAC Amplifier AKA Control Module. Did you replace yours?
