2010 Camry ac blows hot air first 5 minutes

2010 Camry blows hot air for 5-6 minutes when the car is started the first time during the day. After that, the ac works perfectly. Any suggestions on what could be the issue. Thanks.

Stick a thermometer in the outlet and see what it reads. As in hotter then ambient air, colder, etc.

There is a normal run time for the cooling to begin, 5 minutes sounds a bit long but your car is 14 years old. Also, might depend on rpm on the engine to get the AC pumping.
