95 Camry is overheating and squiting coolant out of the overflow tank

95 Camry is overheating and squiting coolant out of the overflow tank
There are no leaks in any hoses,radiator coolant only coming from overflow tank. Fans work. How do I check to see if it could be the thermostat or water pump? Thank u for any answers u can provide me.
