99 Camry Parking Brake Switch

In colder weather my parking brake switch sticks. I am hoping that by spraying some electronic spray on it that this might fix the problem. How do you get to that switch?

You need to remove the rear console glove box. Held on by 2 bolts inside the glove box and 2 bolts in front of console.
