Camry 1998 Manual

I think I need to replace the shift interlock solenoid (gear shift doesn't work) which is underneath the center console. Does anyone know of a manual that will describe how to remove the center console?

You need to take up the center console around the gear shifter. Suggest getting a Haynes manual as reference. Its not that hard If you know what you are doing and here a manual helps.
