Camry Wagon Body work issue
Hi everyone,
I've got a '96 camry wagon with the repetitive rusting above the rear wheel. Last year I did my best ever body work, welded in new metal, bondo'd and painted and undercoated the inside of the wheel well. Now I've got two rust spots again. It looks like water got between the outer body panel and the inner panel. This is a known issue with the wagons and I've had other wagons professionaly repaired with no returning rust. Anybody got ideas on how to resolve this issue? Could the source of the water be the window gaskets not sealing???
Thanks,
Dmend
