I have a '91 that had a light that is red and looks like a car that does not go out. (Just got it last week) this indicates you have blown lamps and will not go out until you've replaced all bad ones... I had three! R/H Back-up, front R/H parking and rear R/H turn signal.

use a code reader or diagnostic tool to read the fault code first, then it can clean the fault code, then you cai will be fine...
tools likes MVCI TOYOTA TIS or Toyota Intelligent Tester2 is your good choice. you can look in esobd2.com website...

maybe its auto on... or there is something wrong with the wiring.
