Default Low Idle rpms/stalling

Hi Im new here and just wanted to ask a quick question. I have a 97 camry and yesterday I found that my egr modulator was broken and went to replace it.After I replaced it and connected all hoses correctly I found that I am idling at a low 200 rpm and dying immediaately after start. Any idea what could have gone wrong? Thanks in advance for answers

A vacuum leak or open EGR valve can cause these issues.

Unless stuck open, disconnecting the vacuum hose on the EGR valve should turn it off.

A day later: SO i found this youtube video that shows exactly what my car is doing and how to fix it...it seems it is my iac that is causing this conundrum but I am a little wary about using carb cleaner on it because I hear it can have some negative effects. Any feedback? TIA
Video in question: Camry Idle Air Control Valve Cleaning - YouTube

Edit: well it looks like even afer doing what was said in the video my car is still doing t he exact same thing as in the video still maybe my iac hasa gone bad

If the idle was OK before the repair then recheck the repair.
