Default p0171, also MAF screw size? 2012 Camry SE

My check engine light came on along with the traction control light and the car gave me the P0171 code. This is the snapshot:

Spoiler

I looked everywhere I thought I could to see if I could see any holes or rot on the pipes but I couldn't find anything; I don't really hear any hissing except maybe around the (if you're facing the front of the car and looking down at the whole engine bay) rear right area, but I swear I've always heard that whenever I opened the hood, and I've owned this car for many years.

I replaced the MAF sensor and reset the code, lost one of the damn screws (AND I CAN'T FIND THE DAMN SIZE ANYWHERE, PLEASE HELP ME).

I don't have the live data with me but as I was driving around the fuel trims still looked terrible and my gas mileage was just garbage, so I either have a leak i'm not finding or I don't know, OR it was the MAF sensor but the missing screw is throwing everything off, or maybe it's something I don't even know to look for. I am a novice DIY after all.

Can anyone help me make heads or tails of this?

Don't know about the screw size. Some state 3mm while others state 4 mm.

Dorman sells these kits:

M5-0.8 X 35 mm; M4-0.7 X 18mm
