Default Steering wheel, shimmy shimmy coco ba.

1999 Camry LE 165,000 mi. 4 cylinder. Struts were replaced with Monroe quick struts at 95,000. Engine belts are all good.
Slight steering wheel shimmy when going slow 20 mph or slower and straight but not all the time. Car tracks straight and does not pull when brakes are applied. Shimmy Just started. Could a failing power steering pump be causing this? Steering over all feels the same and steering oil resivour is at the full mark.

Any ideas would be appreciated

Thanks
George

if tyre pressures are ok

all wheel nuts tight

you may have lost a wheel balancing weight
re-balance the two fronts..... they will check for out of round tyre

Any worse when braking?

Check tires for bulges, out of round, separated ply. Check rim for damage.
