Default Where to place jack stands?

Recently got a 2021 Camry (Hybrid if that matters) and with all the plastic paneling under the vehicle, I am not sure where I should place the jack stands when rotating the tires, changing oil, etc.

I looked in the manual but all I found was a picture where to place the scissor jack, and even that basically just has an arrow to rocker panels.

Anyone able to post a picture of where I am able to put the jack stands?

YouTube has video's this.

Typically the cars under frame has cutout on the "T" where the body sections meet. There are what looks like two bolts through the T and the jack goes between them.

Look under chassis behind the front tire well and ahead of the rear well for this.
