Default 1996 Central Locking (12v Supply Constant)

Hi All.
If you cant be bothered readding my intro skip this Paragraph.
This is my First Post on Camry Forums and I'm hoping you guys.. and maybe girls would be able to help me out, I'm only young 18 and don't know much about cars as this is my first one, so if you think I've said something in a stupid way or didnt give enough detail let me know. I'm studying fulltime at the moment and so am always on my Laptop. I also Live in Australia dont know if that matters when it comes to cars or not but anyway.

I'm Driving a 1996 Toyota Camry 4Cyl and have bought a Cheap Central Locking kit off ebay.
I think I know alot about Electronics, I'm Savvy with a Multi Meter and I'm Pro at Soldering. My Question to you guys is if I'm to install this Remote Central Locking kit I need to have Central Locking Already.. which I do. And I'm assuming somewhere I have to bypass the Lock/Unlock Switch (which is Located on next to the HandBrake) to Connect the Kit but what I'm finding very difficult is finding a Constant 12v Supply which I'm assuming I would need to have the Remote Locking Kit working. I have Considered just buying a 12Volt battery but that just seems the lazy mans way of doing it.

So if any of you can help me out in anyway in finding a 12v Constant Supply wire somewhere near the Hand Brake (as thats where the Central Locking Switch is) that would be great.
