Default 1997 Camry random misfire on 2 &3 not coil

I’m having a random misfire on 2 and 3 cylinders I’ve done a lot to this car including all new fuel lines tank pump and rail. The issue I’m having is definitely not the coil. I’m believing it’s the signal wire to that specific coil but I’m new to the Camry’s and I love this car but I can’t figure this one out and I don’t wanna throw parts at it if someone might know what it’s doing thanks....
