Default 2012 TPMS problem

I noticed while driving yesterday that one of the tires was not reporting a pressure, the other 3 were. Then last night while driving home the flat tire TPMS icon started flashing on the dash for several seconds then stayed on steady. At that point none of the tires was reporting a pressure. I tried the reset button in the glove box today and it had no effect at all. When I start the car the TPMS light flashes for about 15-20 seconds then stays on steady. I had new tires installed about 2-3 weeks ago at Costco but the TPMS had been working fine until yesterday. Any ideas?

The TPMS has its own diagnostic system. Get an OBDII scanner that can read TPMS codes.

You probably have a TPMS sensor with a depleted battery, and needs to be replaced. The batteries are rated 10+/- years. I'd go ahead and replace all 4 of them if you're gonna go through the trouble of replacing one.
