If you have an ohm meter check for shorts at the Cig Lighter and Radio.

Typically for the radio, ign wire is Gray, battery is Blue/Yellow.

 

Update, I got the new Crutchfield-Sony radio installed last night with no problems. It works great and the cigarette lighter does too, it wasn't the problem. I still can't find why the other three doors won't activate the dome light.
