Default 93 camry 2.2 LE Starter relay/neutral switch

I am getting no voltage at starter solenoid. Engine main relay actuates. How do you check the park/neutral switch?

No voltage at what terminal on the solenoid?

Battery cable terminal, starter motor side of solenoid, small wire terminal connected to the ign switch?

small wire terminal. Starter works fine with jumper wire used to activate solenoid.
The wiring diagrams I have looked at show park/neutral switch in series between ignition switch and starter relay. I removed the engine main relay cover and see it making when key is turned. Is Engine main the starter relay? Strange but when i manually press on this relay contact both fans turn on. They do not when key activates the relay.

Take it you tried with trans in park and neutral.

Park/Neutral switch is located behind the shift lever on the trans. It is combined with the switch that selects which gear indicator bulb lights up on the dash.

Black/White and Black wires. Check if power is getting to the Black/White wire when ign switch to start and to Black wire when trans in P or N making.

At to the starter relay.

Terminal 3 is always powered by the Main and AM1 fuses. Check for power engine off.

Terminal 2 is ground.

Terminal 5 goes to the starter solenoid wire.

Terminal 1 receives power power from the P/N circuit. Check for power when ign key to start.

Thanks Joey. Could not id any of the relay terminals, (no markings). So i took the relay/fuse box apart to trace out starter solenoid trigger. It goes from the solenoid to the 30 amp fuse then to the ECI relay not the Engine Main Relay which i thought to be the starter relay. Replace that relay to correct problem. Started OK in neutral. Had to wiggle the stick to get it to start in Park. But after several tries it seems to be getting better. Car has sit for about 6 months.

Might be corroded Park/Neutral switch contacts inside the switch mounted on the trans.

Might be able to spray electrical contact cleaner inside the switch case via the small hose the can comes. Suggest not using WD-40.
