Does anybody know where the ECU is located on the '99 Camry. I need to program some remotes for the car. Thanks

 

if it is a vip system the ecu should be behind the drives lower dash.

 

I also have a '99 Camry and I can't find my ECU either. I removed the panel to the left of the steering wheel (the one with the mirror control) and followed the wires from the alarm button to as far as I could see, and it seems to go to a box thats under the steering wheel labeled "Relay integration and door control", but surely this is not the ECU.

Can anyone shed some light?

 

Have you found the location of the ECU box? I am having a problem trying to find them too.
