AC only blows on high
Hello all, I came over from Honda-tech to see if you guys can offer some advice as i am trying to fix my sisters car.
1. The AC only blows when the rotary **** is turned up to high. After some searching here I think the problem is the variable resistor. If I replace the climate control unit, will this fix my problem?
2. When taking out the climate control unit from the center console, how do you disconnect the slide **** that changes the air circulation?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

From what I read on Toyotanation, it'd be as simple as replacing the resistor itself.
What year and engine you running do you know? Makes a difference. I think the resistor was behind the glovebox from memory? Not too sure... have heard of the issue as I saw it on there, ask ASG14 on TN, he's pretty clever with that stuff.
