My 1999 Camry LE's left blinker is normal but right blinker blinks too fast. Purchased car "used" recently. No warranty, will Toyota dealer fix if I take it back? What is cost to fix this, or can I do it? HELP? I hate the fast blinker!!

Check all the bulbs to insure they are not the source of the problem. I know this is different but in my f250 when the blinker blinks fast it indicates that a bulb is out. This could be a likely source.
