Question Blowing 20 amp radio No. 1 fuse

hi all - I have a 1999 Camry, 4cyl, 5 spd. It had sat for a couple years and in that time the battery had gone bad. In order to get it out of a garage and into another, I tried to jump the battery with another vehicle. Once the cables had been on a while I attempted to start it and it would not start; it cranked but would not fire and had no speedo, tach, clock, radio or brake lights. I started checking fuses and found the radio no.1 fuse and efi fuses blown. I suspected the battery might have a problem that caused a short or something. I replaced the battery with a new one and replaced the blown fuses. The efi fuse stayed intact once I attached the battery cables but the radio no. 1 fuse blew immediately. Tried another with the same results. So now, the car starts and runs fine but no brake or tail lights, radio, speedo, dash lights, heater fan, etc, etc.

Have no idea what to check next...anyone have an idea?

Of the following what works (if the car has it).

Power windows and locks, seat or sun roof.

Front and rear running lights, license plate light.

Glove box light.

Wipers.

Clock.

Default thanks for the reply!

Vehicle does have pwr windows and locks..neither is operational at this time. No tail lights, running lights (although headlights work), glove box light, clock, etc..no wipers or heat/ac either. Weird...all of these were operational prior to battery swap.

A portion of power from the battery goes to a fusible link box then splits off between the circuits below and a 100A fusible link.

Fusible link is a section of metal designed to melt if overheated by too much current

Check the horn, hazard lights and Dome light. If these work, this power made it to the box. If not power is not reaching the box from the battery.

The items listed that do not work are on the 100A fusible link circuit.

The box is located on the drivers side inner fender wall grouped with a few other electrical boxes. The 100A link is in the same box having a 50A Heater fuse.

Determine if power is making it out of the box via the Black/Red wires.
