My high beams are not working I purchased new bulbs I've checked the fuses the lights come on but they are not bright in the bright light indicator in the car does not light at someone help me what do I do 2002 Toyota Camry. Does it have something to do with my windshield being replaced and having the mirror sensor

 

Does the car have daytime running lights. Do these lights and the low beams work OK?

Have you checked the headlight fuses?
