I believe it’s the dome 10amp fuse under hood.
No middle cig lighter and all done lights and clock are not working. Had new visors put in and since then I’ve had this problem.

The Dome fuse powers the following:

Clock

Garage Door Opener

Interior Light

Multiplex Communication System

Wireless Door Lock Control

Check interior lights to make sure there is not a short.

Do the sun visors have a vanity light that turns on. If so check for issues with wiring.

Yes my visors have lights , so I will check those out first.
My comm system works as well as my locks.

If no cig lighter also check here. The socket can get something metal in it or fail.

Clock has two power inputs, one to turn on and other (constant powered ) to keep the correct time when ign off. Dome fuse is one fuse to clock. Also ACU-ACC, ECU-B, GAUGE 1, PANEL.

The cig lighter may have its own fuse, 15A CIG.

The complete list of non working items is then done lights, clock and middle cig lighter? Everything else works?

Are the no working items you listed the only items that do not work?

Knowing what works and what doesn't one can work backward to perhaps a common point of failure.

Check for switch issues of dome light that has a switch for on/off/door switch next to it.

Check lighter socket assy for issues.
