obd2 on a 94?
When I was at the toyo dealership lookin up a part (nut disappeared from the header>cat flange... all that smog in the engine bay[>:]) I just happened to think of the question as I was there, so I asked the gentledude who was lookin up the bolt to see if the 94 camry le 2.2 was an obd 1 or obd2 vehicle. According to him, its obd2, which I really didnt expect. So can I have any verification on this? And if it is obd2, where is the data port? I did a quick check under the dash, though it could be behind the dash trim I guess.
I found the cord and program to plug an obd2 car into my laptop and run diagnostics and such on it. Sounds good to me, but not if its obd1 you know?

If you have a 1994 5SFE then would NOT be ODBII. Toyota started changing over in 1995 with Camry V6 and Avalon.
If you have the ODBI system (if you want to call it that) then not sure you can access the system in real time like the ODBII. The Toyota dealer appears to have a troubleshooting tool that can do this however, thus there may be some aftermarket unit somewhere that can work.
